  • Track 1 - WARM-UP and increase heart rate using upper-body movements, to enable you to be in your fat burning zone 
  • Track 2 - BOX -This is where your workout begins and you start to burn more calories with increased intensity using boxing combinations with speed and power. 
  • Track 3 - MUAY THAI 1 Your First Interval Track that enables you to reach first cardiovascular peak using Muay Thai combinations - Upperbody and Knees.
  • Track 4 - KICKS Recover upper body while rehearsing lower-body martial arts moves.
  • Track 5 - MIXED MARTIAL ARTS 1Improve coordination while increasing intensity using various fight styles and training moves inspired by mixed martial arts
  • Track 6 - SUPER BOX Increase intensity using  boxing combinations with speed and power combined with running
  • Track 7 - MIXED MARTIAL ARTS 2 Improve coordination while preparing for the final peak using various fight styles and training moves inspired by mixed martial arts
  • Track 8 - MUAY THAI 2 Reach final cardiovascular peak using Muay Thai combinations
  • Track 9 - CONDITIONING Increase strength and definition of various muscle groups, including chest, triceps, legs, and core
